A place built for people who appreciate the details

Shovel Heads started with a simple conviction: your neighborhood café should be somewhere you actually want to linger. Not a stop-on-the-way-to-work grab-and-go — a place where the coffee is pulled with care, the music is just right, and the person behind the counter knows your name.

We source our beans from small-roaster partners and craft every cocktail from scratch. It's not pretension — it's respect for the craft and for you, the person sitting at the counter.
